About the Role
Deliver personalized hospitality to VIP clients worldwide. Ten Lifestyle Group is a global company offering personal concierge services to the affluent, with over 800 staff in more than 20 locations worldwide. We are seeking a Lifestyle Concierge to leverage Japan's hospitality culture.
Responsibilities
- Respond to requests from clients using a members-only affluent service.
- Provide personalized proposals and arrangements.
- Book high-end restaurants suitable for entertaining.
- Secure reservations at popular, hard-to-book establishments.
- Arrange golf courses and spas.
- Consult on surprise arrangements for loved ones.
- Accept requests via phone and chat.
- Conduct research using internal systems and external information.
- Propose and arrange plans according to client preferences.
- Provide detailed support and alternative options.
Requirements
- Over 1 year of professional experience.
- Experience in the service industry (industry not specified).
- Experience in customer service and phone support is welcome.
- Ability to learn and act proactively is welcome.
- Skilled in gathering information via social media and gourmet sites is welcome.
- Skilled in phone communication is welcome.
- Ability to leverage English skills is welcome (English is not required).
