About the Role

Responsibilities
- Contact leasing customers (B2B & B2C) by phone after they have configured their desired vehicle on our platform allane.de.
- Advise by phone on vehicle models, equipment, and other additional products for the leasing contract, enable a smooth online purchase process, and convey the advantages of new vehicle leasing.
- Achieve sales goals by staying close to the customer to understand individual needs and requirements and offer suitable leasing options.
- Monitor and adjust your own performance.
Requirements
- First experience on the phone, in sales, or customer service, e.g., in customer consulting, automotive sales, or retail.
- Enthusiasm for mobility and a desire to become a competent contact person in this area.
- Organized and communicative personality capable of convincing customers.
- Empathy and a good feel for people and their needs.
- Very good German language skills.
