About the Role
As a Software Engineer, you’ll design and enhance scalable applications and REST APIs using .Net technologies while improving platform performance, stability, security, and resilience. You’ll apply problem solving and technical troubleshooting to resolve complex production challenges, modernize legacy components, and reduce technology and compliance risks. Working in an Agile environment, you’ll collaborate across disciplines, influence technical decisions, and adapt solutions as business needs evolve. You’ll also explore opportunities to use Generative AI and automation to improve engineering efficiency, quality, and outcomes.

Requirements
- 2+ years of application development, software engineering, or application support experience within an enterprise environment
- Experience developing and maintaining REST APIs using .Net technologies
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in production environments
- Knowledge of distributed systems, scalable application architectures, and cloud-based design principles
- Experience with DevOps and continuous integration and continuous deployment practices
- Experience developing modern Web Applications using frontend technologies
- Familiarity with secure software development practices
- Experience conducting root-cause analysis and resolving complex technical challenges
- Experience working in an Agile Collaboration environment
- Familiarity with Generative AI workflows and AI-enabled automation
- Ability to apply Problem Solving
