About the Role
LIGHTSPEED STUDIOS is made up of passionate players who advance the art & science of game development through great stories, great gameplay, and advanced technology. We are focused on bringing next generation experiences to gamers who want to enjoy them anywhere, anytime, across multiple genres and devices.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to and drive cutting-edge research projects in NLP and Machine Learning.
- Train large language models (LLMs) for new practical tasks.
- Collaborate with team members from prototype to production.
Requirements
- Practical experience with Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Experience publishing papers in top-tier NLP/ML conferences and journals (e.g., ACL, NAACL, EMNLP, EACL, NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML) is desirable.

Salary/Compensations
- Negotiable (with salary increases/bonuses)
- Includes fixed overtime pay for 35 hours/month for general employees.
- Includes fixed overtime pay for 10 hours/month for management.
