About the Role

LIGHTSPEED STUDIOS is focused on bringing next generation experiences to gamers who want to enjoy them anywhere, anytime, across multiple genres and devices. The Lightspeed Tech Center is a R&D department that leads the research, exploration, and discovery of innovative technologies and provides technical services for all games during all phases of life cycle.

Responsibilities

Develop backend systems for AI applications in gaming, including AI agents, AIGC tools, and related modules.
Contribute to shared AI service capabilities, including model integration, task orchestration, context management and memory mechanisms, tool calling, and data processing.
Build production-ready AI services and ensure their reliability, including deployment and releases, monitoring and alerting, rate limiting and graceful degradation, troubleshooting, and performance and cost optimization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or a related field.
Strong backend development skills, familiarity with common server-side architectures, storage systems, and middleware technologies, and solid software engineering capabilities.
Understanding of large language model application development, with familiarity with prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agent orchestration, tool calling, and related techniques. Relevant project experience is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and learning skills, with a passion for combining AI and gaming.
