Requirements

Completed university degree with a focus on Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification, along with many years of professional experience in Strategy, Transformation, and Business Operations.
Several years of experience in independently and reliably planning and managing new initiatives.
Extensive experience with a holistic perspective.
Extensive knowledge of budget and cost management.
Excellent experience in classic and agile cooperation models.
Excellent experience in leading strategic/cross-functional projects.
