About the Role
EVT is seeking a Hotel Feasibility and Analysis Manager for the Asia Pacific region to lead market-driven feasibility studies for new hotel developments, conversions, and repositioning projects. This role involves detailed financial modeling and analysis to provide strategic recommendations and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead market-driven feasibility studies for new hotel developments, conversions and repositioning projects across owned, managed and license opportunities, including fieldwork and site visits for both EVT Hotels and Resorts and Connect Hospitality.
- Perform detailed financial modelling and analysis, providing strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Use tools such as CoStar, HotStats and Lighthouse to gain market intelligence on supply, demand, pricing and competitive set performance.
- Ensure agreed commercial terms flow through to financial models, term sheets and management agreements.
- Build strong relationships across Development, Operations, Asset Management and external partners, influencing decisions through clear, data-driven insights.
- Mentor and develop team members in feasibility studies and financial modelling.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the hospitality industry.
- A proven track record in hotel finance and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity, lead change and influence stakeholders.
- Knowledge and commercial understanding of hotel management.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise, with familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of hotel financials, valuation methodologies and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Successful candidate will be required to undergo and satisfactorily pass a criminal record check.
