About the Role
This role is responsible for achieving the production budget for the Corporate Property & Casualty Insurance line within the assigned territory, focusing on the core product 'New Property Guard'. The position involves maximizing profitability through sales and underwriting activities, working under the guidance of superiors.
Responsibilities
- Achieve the production budget for the Corporate Property & Casualty Insurance line in the assigned territory.
- Plan and execute sales promotion plans for the core product 'New Property Guard', including policy conservation, tailored to market and channel conditions.
- Conduct sales training for 'New Property Guard' for sales staff and channels, with specific involvement in sales plans and training for key agents.
- Conduct public relations activities for the Corporate Property & Casualty Insurance line in the assigned territory, including case studies and market information.
- Gather market information and competitor trends to support public relations activities.
- Perform basic underwriting for Corporate Property & Casualty Insurance lines within the assigned territory, coordinating with superiors or relevant underwriters for complex cases.
- Ensure the profitability of the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- Experience in sales, product, or claims service departments at a non-life insurance company is desirable.
- Experience with the Corporate Property & Casualty line is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate nationwide is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
