About the Role
We are seeking individuals to contribute to the development, manufacturing, and sales of ultra-precision metal foil resistors and standard resistors. Our company policy emphasizes "Precision and Reliability," and we continuously strive to enhance the precision and potential of metal foil resistors to meet global engineering demands. We also engage in joint research for new material development to shape next-generation ultra-precision resistors.
Responsibilities
- Improve manufacturing processes for resistors
- Select and evaluate raw materials for manufacturing
- Design manufacturing process layouts
- Provide technical support to the sales department and customers
Requirements
- Fluent Japanese proficiency (reading and writing)
- High school diploma or higher
- Background in science or engineering
- Willingness to learn from scratch
- Ability to commute by car
- Open to A-turn, U-turn, I-turn candidates, and those willing to work in Akita (full relocation expenses covered)
