About the Role
Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin, MN is seeking a board certified/board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a collegial department. This role offers an outpatient practice with optional pediatric hospitalist work, OB, and prenatal care. The position includes a 4.5 workday minimum, 1:30 adult call by phone, and collaboration with a multispecialty practice with full subspecialty back-up. You will partner with specialists from Mayo Clinic in Rochester.
Responsibilities
- Outpatient practice
- Optional Pediatric Hospitalist work
- OB (non-surgical deliveries) and prenatal care are optional
- 4 ½ workday minimum
- Adult call 1:30 by phone
- Work in an attached hospital with 32 beds, 4 ICU, 10 nursery
- Collaborate within a multispecialty practice with full back-up from all subspecialties
- Partner with specialists from Mayo Clinic in Rochester
- Site supports J1/H1B visa
Requirements
- Candidates must be Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Must have or be able to obtain a MN Medical License
