About the Role
Courtyard Racquet Club seeks an enthusiastic, reliable, and professional Tennis Coach to join its coaching team. This role focuses on player development, primarily supporting U10 and Junior Academy programs, while also offering opportunities for private lessons to adult and junior players.
Responsibilities
- Coach players in U10 and Junior Academy programs.
- Deliver engaging, structured, and age-appropriate training sessions.
- Follow the Courtyard Academy curriculum and player development philosophy.
- Support players’ technical, tactical, and competitive development.
- Collaborate with the coaching team to maintain a positive and professional environment.
- Use personal vehicle occasionally as required.
Requirements
- Previous tennis coaching experience, preferably with junior players.
- USTA and/or RSPA coaching certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of tennis fundamentals and player development.
- Experience with Red, Orange, and Green Ball programs is a plus.
- Previous experience as a competitive tennis player preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, enthusiastic, and team-oriented.
