About the Role
TypeSafe is seeking an individual to build a visual identity that is unmistakably TypeSafe, spanning all surfaces where the logo appears, both digital and physical.
Responsibilities
- Shape the visual identity using color, imagery, dataviz, motion, and storytelling.
- Own the public face of TypeSafe, starting with the marketing website, in collaboration with the product designer using Framer.
- Set the brand's taste, knowing when to be bold and when to be concise.
- Serve as the brand's primary contact for the entire company, creating assets for sales, product, marketing, and founders.
- Advance the industry through innovative brand and visual design in the age of agents.
Requirements
- A personal style that aligns with a playful, direct, and slightly irreverent aesthetic.
- 3+ years of professional experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual and written communication skills.
- Fluency in Framer, including layouts, CMS, components, breakpoints, and publishing, with experience shipping complex sites.
- Ability to ensure cohesion across various brand materials, such as newsletters, merchandise, and event booths.
