Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design solutions in collaboration with clients and teams.
- Create clear and detailed design specifications.
- Implement and test cloud-native, API-based, and modern integration solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct thorough integration testing for quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
- Support peers through code reviews, specification reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Stay updated with technical trends and explore innovative problem-solving approaches.
- Contribute to the Engineering practice by sharing knowledge, developing assets, and participating in community initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience developing Web APIs using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- Experience with automated unit testing.
- Understanding of various integration patterns.
- Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Anthropic Claude).
- Practical capability applying AI-assisted engineering across the software delivery lifecycle.
- Understanding of responsible AI-assisted delivery practices.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar source control and CI/CD platforms.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to solve problems and take initiative.
- AI-aware engineering mindset with curiosity and judgment.
- Ability to adopt AI-enabled practices responsibly.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to provide technical leadership.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration, teamwork, support, and inclusion.
