About the Role

As a Utility Steward, you will be responsible for keeping kitchen and dining areas clean, spreading hospitality by delivering memorable experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Clean all chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils, scrub pots and pans, and burnish silver.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are always well stocked and organized for seamless service.
• Perform essential cleaning tasks, including mopping and trash removal.
• Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Share expertise with new stewards to help strengthen team performance.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Requirements

• Able to work a full shift (8 hours) walking/standing with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to bend, stoop, walk and lift/ push/ pull up to 50lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to work flexible, various hours- including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Has experience working as a dishwasher, utility steward or potwasher.
