About the Role

Rugiet is expanding its Supplements & Peptides portfolio and seeking a commercial leader to shape its market entry, growth, and optimization. This role involves connecting customer needs with product knowledge and commercial performance to drive action, launch new supplements, and enhance the customer experience for existing peptide offerings. The position requires accountability for an integrated commercialization plan and the development of sustainable businesses from product launches.

Responsibilities

  • Own category strategy and positioning.
  • Become the commercial expert on Rugiet’s Supplements & Peptides portfolio.
  • Use customer insights to identify key audiences and opportunities.
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and product education.
  • Build commercialization plans including target audiences, pricing, channels, acquisition, cross-sell, retention, and investment priorities.
  • Distinguish the needs and customer journeys of supplements from prescription peptide products.
  • Own the weekly commercial readout for the portfolio.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities across the customer journey.
  • Translate performance gaps into briefs for cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and test opportunities to introduce relevant products to existing customers.
  • Evaluate cross-sell based on customer suitability and incremental contribution.
  • Recommend whether to scale, iterate, or stop initiatives based on performance.
  • Own commercial readiness for new products.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align launch plans.
  • Establish post-launch baselines, targets, owners, and review cadences.
  • Improve existing products post-launch.
  • Provide evidence-based recommendations for new products and portfolio priorities.
  • Translate product evidence into accurate claims and educational content.
  • Ensure marketing and customer communications accurately distinguish between supplements and prescription products.
  • Address customer questions and friction related to product expectations, onboarding, use, support, and refill.
  • Coordinate reviews with appropriate experts and secure necessary approvals.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ownership of an in-market DTC, consumer health, ecommerce or subscription category beyond launch, with measurable improvements in conversion, repeat purchase, retention or contribution.
  • Product marketing experience spanning customer research, segmentation, positioning, pricing, packaging and go-to-market planning.
  • Experience analyzing funnels, cohorts and unit economics, then translating findings into practical commercial decisions.
  • Experience directing work through Growth, Lifecycle, Creative and Digital Product partners without relying on direct authority.
  • A hands-on operating style: ability to interview customers, inspect funnels, write briefs, evaluate tests, and drive decisions.
  • Experience with supplements, telehealth, prescription products or another regulated consumer health category.
  • Comfort working across both consumer products and clinically governed experiences.
  • Strong judgment regarding evidence, claims, product quality, and customer trust.
  • Ability to balance urgency with the discipline to involve the right experts and secure approvals.
