About the Role
This is an 11-week paid learning experience where you'll do real work, build relationships with leaders, and be paired with mentors. You will work on hands-on projects with real stakes, contributing creativity and ideas to make an immediate impact alongside supportive T-Mobile employees.
Responsibilities
- Support live marketing campaigns across social media, email, the website, and blog content.
- Grow our social media presence by drafting posts, following relevant accounts, and engaging with the community.
- Support email marketing by drafting email communications, updating nurture workflows, and building drip campaigns.
- Increase organic search ranking by conducting keyword research, writing net new blog posts, and optimizing existing ones.
- Keep the website accurate and on-brand by updating content across the three brands.
- Measure what's working by analyzing campaign data, building performance reports, and recommending optimization tactics.
Requirements
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Experience with a marketing automation platform (such as HubSpot or Marketo), Google Analytics, or Salesforce is a plus.
- Curiosity to challenge assumptions and ask why a campaign works (or doesn't).
- A sense of urgency, a team-first attitude, and the confidence to share your ideas.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
- Must have one or more course(s) remaining in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program post internship.
- Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for external Summer Internships.
