About the Role
Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, and detail-oriented crew members to join our team in Rotterdam, NY. You will contribute to a positive team environment and provide exceptional customer service by creating the perfect sub sandwich with a smile.
Responsibilities
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Greet and engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Ensure food preparation and presentation meet Jersey Mike’s standard.
- Maintain accurate cash handling and register operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant.
- Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in achieving sales goals and operational targets.
