About the Role

AI Business Solutions (ABS) is transforming how businesses operate by integrating AI Agent and human collaboration into workflows. This role focuses on driving business process transformation using Microsoft Cloud technologies like Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio, alongside Microsoft 365 Copilot. You will partner with major Japanese enterprises to reimagine business processes, create new business value, and lead their AI transformation journey.

Responsibilities

Lead business process transformation initiatives centered around AI Agents, collaborating with clients to envision new operational models.
Drive the expansion from Copilot-based productivity to comprehensive Business Process Transformation, offering end-to-end solutions.
Engage strategically with C-level executives and business leaders to identify key transformation areas and develop roadmaps.
Generate and drive complex, strategic AI transformation opportunities by understanding business priorities and market trends.
Orchestrate internal and external resources (One Microsoft approach) to ensure seamless transformation journeys.
Articulate Microsoft's AI transformation vision, showcasing innovations in AI Agents, Copilot, Business Applications, and Data.
Manage and grow AI and Business Applications pipeline within assigned major financial institutions, balancing short-term results with long-term transformation goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field, with 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience, or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of solution selling or services sales experience.
Master's degree (MBA or related field) with 6+ years of technology sales/account management experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of technology sales/account management experience, or equivalent practical experience.
