About the Role
Atlas is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven professional to support the firm's growth through capital structure strategy and investor engagement. This role will work closely with senior leadership to evaluate new investment opportunities, optimize funding and capital solutions, and cultivate relationships with both existing and prospective investors.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and help execute financing opportunities aligned with Atlas's strategic objectives.
- Support the development and management of the firm's capital structure, including debt, equity, and other financing initiatives.
- Analyze funding alternatives and recommend capital solutions to support business growth and investment activities.
- Prepare investment presentations, investor materials, and fundraising documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, lenders, investment partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Coordinate investor communications, updates, and due diligence requests.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
- Partner with executive leadership, finance, and business teams to support strategic initiatives and capital deployment decisions.
- Assist with fundraising efforts, capital raising activities, and investor outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, capital markets, investor relations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of capital structures, financing markets, and investment analysis.
- Experience preparing investment memorandums, financial models, and investor presentations.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of professionalism, judgment, and attention to detail.

- $100,000 to $140,000
- Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance.
