About the Role

This position is for a founding member of a new business development team specializing in logistics facilities within the Capital Markets (brokerage) division. Leverage your experience and network in corporate real estate sales to drive the growth of this new venture.

Responsibilities

Gathering sales property information and proposing plans based on client needs.
Developing potential sellers and buyers, and conducting marketing activities.
Negotiating sales terms and managing the entire process from contract signing to property handover.
Creating client proposals, marketing materials, and other related documents.
Preparing various related documents and coordinating with stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in one of the following areas:
Experience in brokerage of corporate and investment real estate (logistics facility brokerage experience not required) at trust banks, major real estate brokerage firms, etc.
Experience in real estate-related work at financial institutions such as banks, securities firms, or asset management companies.
Must possess a Real Estate Transaction Agent license.
English proficiency (experience using English in a business context is a plus).
Certified Master of the Real Estate Securitization Association.
Certified Real Estate Appraiser.

Salary/Compensations

Annual salary system (1/12 paid monthly, includes fixed overtime allowance).
Variable bonus (commission) paid twice a year (February and August) based on individual sales performance (industry-leading commission rates).
