About the Role
Own the next generation of Noah's product, defining the vision and roadmap for all customer-facing applications. This role involves end-to-end product ownership, from evolving the existing dashboard into an all-in-one money management platform to creating entirely new zero-to-one product experiences, including AI and agentic payment features.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for Noah's customer-facing applications.
- Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
- Lead product discovery and validation for new experiences.
- Partner with Engineering and Design through delivery.
- Define success metrics for every feature launched.
- Balance speed with product quality in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Make product decisions backed by customer insight and commercial impact.
Requirements
- Experience owning customer-facing applications in a startup or scale-up.
- Payments and/or Crypto industry experience.
- Strong product thinking across UX, prioritisation and delivery.
- Experience shipping products from zero-to-one as well as iterating existing experiences.
- A track record of working closely with engineers and designers.
- Strong judgement around product trade-offs and customer experience.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and creating clarity.
