About the Role
GXO People Campus is expanding its team of Warehouse Operatives in Greenford, offering a flexible role with variety and opportunity. As a dedicated GXO team, you will support multiple local customer sites, providing diverse work experiences with the security of a direct GXO contract and guaranteed hours. This role is crucial for supporting operations for major clients like Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Micheldever, and Greene King in busy warehouse environments where teamwork, safety, and customer service are paramount.
Responsibilities
- Picking, handling stock accurately and efficiently
- Working safely as part of a team, following Health & Safety procedures
- Operating basic warehouse and mechanical handling equipment safely
- Supporting warehouse efficiency through general housekeeping duties
Requirements
- Able to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible in approach to work
- Capable of reading instructions and counting accurately
- Physically able to handle stock and use equipment safely
- Previous warehouse experience or forklift licence is desirable but not essential

Salary/Compensations
- £13.63 per hour
- £2.89 per hour premium for unsociable hours (22:00 - 06:00)
