About the Role
The Provisioning & Entitlements Systems Sr. Analyst is the data steward and object owner for the Entitlements and Provisioning object ecosystem. This role is central to maintaining SOX ITAC controls and establishing P&E policies and governance, owning documentation, governance, and change approval across the full Entitlements and Provisioning object footprint.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain comprehensive data dictionaries across all Provisioning and Entitlements objects, including field descriptions, field functionality and dependencies, and field ownership.
- Document how objects and fields relate to one another and map cross-object dependencies.
- Maintain an authoritative record of how changes to any object or field affect connected processes and reporting.
- Manage all data within Metadata Catalogs.
- Understand and uphold the ITAC SOX controls related to P&E objects, and ensure object design supports control integrity.
- Serve as the required sign-off for the create or edit of new or existing fields and workflows on these objects.
- Govern access permissions — approve or deny requests for edit access to the objects.
- Help establish and maintain P&E policies and governance standards.
- Act as the approver for any changes to the owned objects or requests for edit access.
- Serve as the P&E team’s sign-off on project work when changes to our systems are required.
- Partner with DET/Engineering so that nothing goes live until enablement occurs and the analyst signs off.
