Responsibilities
- Serve customers with passion and pride, providing great natural service.
- Be knowledgeable about store products and services.
- Work across service, picking, and replenishment areas as required.
- Apply training to work safely, effectively, and serve customers brilliantly.
- Make customer-focused decisions and deliver routines that meet customer needs.
- Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events.
- Understand store performance, driving service, sales, reducing waste, and delivering profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality.
- Be yourself, live the company values, make everyone feel welcome, and follow policies.
- Accept deliveries into the store when required.
Requirements
- Must be over 18 years old.
- A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to take initiative and make customer-focused decisions.
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate openly.
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues to create team spirit.
- Be punctual, well-presented, and act as a brand ambassador.

Salary/Compensations
- Starting from 13.28 per hour, increasing to 14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply.
