Responsibilities
- Lead the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
- Work across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, acting as the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
- Build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
- Confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence.
- Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt well to change.
- Coach colleagues, give feedback, and role model great service.
- Stay curious and seek opportunities to serve our customers, communities, and planet a little better every day.
Requirements
- Must be 18 or over to apply for this role.
- Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer's needs are met.
- Build positive, long-lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
- A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
- A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.

Salary/Compensations
- £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments.
