About the Role
Stark Tech is seeking talented Field Technicians to diagnose, maintain, repair, and optimize building systems, install and configure HVAC and building control systems, work with electronic security systems, and tackle complex technical projects. We are looking for hands-on problem solvers who enjoy technology and troubleshooting, with opportunities for early-career, experienced, and senior/lead roles.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, repair, and optimize building systems.
- Help customers solve technical challenges.
- Install, configure, program, and commission intelligent HVAC and building control systems.
- Work with access control, video surveillance, and integrated electronic security systems.
- Tackle complex technical projects.
- Take ownership of field activities.
- Mentor developing technicians.
Requirements
- Experience or training in HVAC, mechanical, or electrical systems.
- Experience or training in building automation, controls, or system integration.
- Experience or training in electronic security and low-voltage systems.
- Experience or training in technical service, installation, or troubleshooting.
- Experience or training in networking, electronics, or related technical trades.
- Relevant technical education, apprenticeships, military training, or transferable hands-on experience may qualify for early-career opportunities.
- Technical expertise, independence, and leadership abilities may position candidates for advanced or lead-level opportunities.
