About the Role

Meta's Public Affairs Marketing team develops campaigns to help people understand the impact of our products and responsibility commitments. This role will bring our emerging creator program and Public Affairs media partnerships to life, managing creator collaborations and executing partnerships across global and domestic markets on high-priority topics. It's ideal for someone passionate about the narratives shaping tech and geopolitical conversations online.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver integrated campaign programs, translating strategy into narrative and execution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments across markets.
  • Own the emerging creator program end to end – sourcing creators, negotiating terms, launching campaigns, and stewarding those relationships over time.
  • Drive media partnerships from concept to launch – shaping proposals, negotiating terms, and delivering against signed agreements.
  • Work in close partnership across Public Affairs marketing verticals to integrate Creators and media partnerships into campaigns.
  • Build scalable playbooks, guidelines, and processes for efficient growth of media partnerships and creator collaborations.
  • Track shifts in the media and creator landscape and bring new formats, partners, and ideas to the team.
  • Apply data and insights to make campaigns more targeted and effective, refining objectives, audience, media, creative strategy, and measurement.
  • Work in close partnership with public policy, communications, product, and creative teams to ground campaigns in research and evidence and reach key audiences.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in media partnerships, branded content, publisher business development, creator partnerships, or a related field, with a track record of closing and managing high-value deals.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex partnerships – spanning editorial, events, talent, and measurement – and bringing cross-functional partners together around clear recommendations and action plans.
  • Established network and knowledge of top-tier publishers, editorial franchises, and event platforms, particularly in politics, policy, and technology coverage.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders at various levels, communicating clearly and keeping partners aligned, both internally and externally.
  • Proven experience prioritizing tasks and managing workload based on impact and deadlines, with a track record of driving projects forward independently.
  • Experience using data and insights to shape partnerships, optimize performance, and demonstrate impact.
  • Experience with budget ownership, contracting, and working closely with legal and compliance.
