  • Own the program, building and running the integrated plan for the GTM Engine across Growth Product, Growth Marketing, Revenue, and GTM Data, including milestones, dependencies, critical path, and inter-team handoffs.
  • Maintain a living RAID log and decision log with clear owners, proactively identifying and addressing issues that impact dependent campaigns.

  • Build the operating system for GTM, designing planning cycles, reviews, and launch-readiness checks.
  • Make the GTM engine legible through dashboards, written updates, and a single source of truth accessible to various roles.
  • Develop automation and agentic flows to enhance program efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience running cross-functional programs, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech.

  • Demonstrated structured thinking to synthesize disparate inputs into a cohesive picture and identify necessary decisions.
  • Strong structured communication skills.
  • A bias for action, proactively addressing unowned next steps and seeking out necessary information.
