About the Role
Dimerco is seeking responsible, self-motivated individuals to join their team and grow in the fast-paced world of global shipping and logistics. Responsibilities
- Operate all jobs under the proper & timely usage of company internal system, including data & sales/costs entry.
- Maintain services toward customer's satisfactions & excellency through good communication & coordination with customer/carriers & affiliated business suppliers/partners.
- Handle & coordinate Air Export shipment internally & externally with customers, Dimerco offices/agent to ensure the shipment executed smoothly in daily basis.
- Generate shipment Debit Note.
- Sending of pre-alert to overseas agents.
- Make shipment booking with airlines.
- Monitor & handle Air Export Custom declaration.
- Follow-up & update shipment information related to Air Import/Air Export & Brokerage.
- Monthly Close Lot for Air Export.
- Understand, apply and enforce all rules and regulations applicable to the job and compliant with all parties involved TSA, KSMS, ACE, D/G all as needed.
- Assist and support sales and customer service with free hand and routed shipments.
- Any other assignments from the management as needed.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant freight forwarding/ logistics experience
- Exceptional Customer Service skills (verbal and written)
- Detail oriented, Self-motivated, Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Must know how to use and organize Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Exceptional listening, verbal and written skills
