About the Role
This employee ensures the proper cleaning of all guest rooms, including floors, bathrooms, beds, and general areas, contributing to guest satisfaction and a positive facility experience.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning of guest rooms during scheduled cleaning times
- Responding to guest requests for amenities
- Vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, making beds, and performing general dusting of rooms according to company policies and procedures
- Ensuring guest satisfaction with room cleanliness while minimizing disruption to the guest experience
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Team Members, guests, and outside contacts
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to move around all work areas effectively and efficiently
- Ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, reach, and walk
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Ability to understand and communicate both verbally and written in English
- Ability to follow directions
- Attend required training sessions offered by the casino
- Obtain required licenses
- Perform duties in compliance with local laws and regulations
- Take necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco
- Knowledge of ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the Team Member’s department
- Adhere to Internal Control Procedures and Policies
- Report illegal activity to Security or the appropriate levels of Management
