About the Role

Seeking an energetic, outgoing, and organized Team Lead to support an MGAE mall activation at CF Market Mall in Calgary. The role involves overseeing the Brand Ambassador team, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth activation with an excellent shopper experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the Brand Ambassador team throughout the activation.
Provide direction, assign responsibilities, and ensure the team remains engaged and professional.
Act as the on-site point of contact and communicate updates or issues to the Field Supervisor.
Engage with shoppers and lead by example in a busy mall environment.
Manage inventory and assist with frequent restocking throughout the activation.
Assist with setup, teardown, loading, unloading, and organization of event materials.
Drive a U-Haul or similar moving truck as required.
Lift and move event materials and supplies as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming activation area.
Follow all event, safety, brand, mall, and client guidelines.

Requirements

Previous leadership, Team Lead, supervisory, or management experience required.
Energetic, outgoing, and confident approaching and interacting with shoppers.
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Comfortable driving a U-Haul or similar moving truck.
Comfortable lifting, moving materials, and being on your feet for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail/mall environment.
Reliable, professional, punctual, and dependable.
Comfortable assisting with event setup and teardown.
Must have open availability and be able to commit to the required training and activation dates.
Must be able to maintain a high level of energy and engagement throughout extended shifts.
