About the Role
As a CDL-Certified Delivery Service Driver, you’ll be a trusted partner, a vital part of our service promise, and a living example of our values in action. You will operate an automatic straight truck on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes.
- Deliver cooking oil to commercial kitchens.
- Ensure safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
- Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load and unload cooking oil.
- Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs.
- Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service.
- Uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.).
- Strong safety mindset.
- Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months): Limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations.
- Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years): No speeding over 100 mph.
- Candidates will be subject to passing a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test.
- Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.

Salary/Compensations
- $30.00 per hour or $35.00 per hour dependent upon shift selected.
- Shift differential and overtime pay may also apply.
- Eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $5,200 per year.
