About the Role
Lead education for enterprise users getting started with AI, helping them turn experimentation into everyday use. This hands-on role involves building and teaching, exploring new products, creating practical education, and developing role-based learning approaches.
Responsibilities
- Own the education roadmap for people getting started with AI at work, identifying needed skills, common challenges, and opportunities for progress.
- Build and deliver role-based learning, including courses, live sessions, demonstrations, and exercises grounded in real work tasks.
- Develop and test new approaches to AI education, experimenting with explanations, practice structures, and learner support.
- Design learning that helps people build lasting skills and confidence, moving from initial use to independent application.
- Stay close to the product and learners, exploring new capabilities and collaborating with Product and customer-facing teams.
- Measure and improve educational work by assessing skill development and application, using insights to guide future efforts.
Requirements
- Experience building and leading education programs that develop practical skills and change work habits.
- Ability to make complex ideas accessible and exciting without oversimplifying.
- Energy for AI's potential and curiosity about helping those who are uncertain or new to AI.
- Active use of AI in personal work, with the ability to test and explain its benefits and the importance of human judgment.
