About the Role
Join a team that keeps America grilling! Blue Rhino, a Ferrellgas company, was recently named one of America’s Most Trustworthy Companies by Newsweek for 2025. We're looking for a hands-on, dependable Field Support Specialist who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get to work. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring Blue Rhino displays are well-maintained, stocked, and safely set up for retail customers. You will be traveling, interacting with store teams, installing equipment, and contributing to making propane easy and convenient.
Responsibilities
- Installs, repairs, and maintains Blue Rhino displays for retail customers.
- Loads, secures, transports, delivers, and unloads propane (limited to 1,000 lbs or less).
- Inspects vehicle and notifies supervisor of needed equipment, supplies, or routine maintenance.
- Prepares and maintains records in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
- Operates truck in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Provides exceptional customer service during daily interactions by supplying service information and answering inquiries.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
- Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.
Skills
- Speak, read, and legible write fluent English.
- Clean driving record required.
