Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing common areas.
- Maintain lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and restrooms.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, or minor repairs.
- Assist with snow removal, leaf raking, and other seasonal outdoor tasks.
- Monitor and restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or building damage to the appropriate personnel.
