About the Role
As a Client Services Associate, you will develop commercial awareness and business acumen, opening doors to long-term careers in sales, account management, leadership, and research. This role is a career launchpad with opportunities for rapid advancement, as top performers can move into management within two years.
Responsibilities
- Own projects end-to-end, understanding client needs and scheduling expert calls.
- Cold call and engage experts across industries, overcoming objections.
- Work at speed, managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Learn fast, gaining broad knowledge of markets, business models, and regulations.
- Cross-sell Third Bridge services including content library, surveys, advisory, and 1-1 calls.
Requirements
- Intellectually strong, ambitious, with leadership or extracurricular experience.
- Demonstrated grit through internships, work experience, or other achievements.
- Competitive and confident communicator, both on the phone and in person.
- Naturally curious, quick to learn, and adept at solving complex problems.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and think on your feet.
