About the Role
Growing multi-location dental practice seeks part-time dentists to focus on patient care, leaving practice management to us. We provide support staff, supplies, labs, and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general dentistry, including examinations, treatment planning, x-rays, oral prophylaxis, scaling, denture fabrication and repair, restorations, oral hygiene instruction, and extractions.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain aseptic techniques.
- Maintain proper EMR documentation of treatments for all patients.
- Supervise the dental team.
- Develop and discuss treatment plans with patients, ensuring understanding and consent.
Requirements
- DMD/DDS dental degree from an accredited program.
- Current and unrestricted NYS license in good standing.
- Strong chairside manner and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with the dental clinic team.
- Ability to work a minimum of 1-4 weekdays per month.
