About the Role
Fusion Academy is a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school for grades 5-12, offering personalized education. As a Director of Student Services, you will shape each student's academic path, guide families through enrollment, and ensure a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with each student and their family to create a personalized plan that supports their goals.
- Build and manage schedules that bring our 1-to-1 education model to life.
- Guide each family through the contract, enrollment, and re-enrollment process.
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to set each student up for success.
- Champion the student experience while supporting your campus’s growth and success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in education, business, or a related field.
- Background in education, counseling, or academic planning is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong communication skills.
- A problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, student-focused environment.
- Florida residents require level 2 background screening.
- Employment is contingent upon authorization to work in the United States.
