About the Role
At Juno Veterinary, we are dedicated to ensuring every pet and team member thrives, aiming to set a new standard of care in the veterinary industry. This role is crucial in shaping the future of our founder-led business, contributing to our growth and evolution in veterinary medicine.
Responsibilities
- Welcome members and their pets, ensuring each visit is stress-free.
- Manage clinic operations, including opening/closing, appointment scheduling, and patient check-in/out.
- Support the medical team by coordinating records, consent forms, and reminders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for in-clinic communications via email and SMS.
- Process payments, insurance, prescriptions, and provide membership technical support.
- Foster a positive and collaborative clinic culture.
Requirements
- 2+ years in customer service and/or member experience as a customer-facing representative.
- Prior experience within a veterinary clinic is considered an asset.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to contribute to a positive and productive clinic environment.
- Schedule flexibility, including availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Tech savvy and quick to learn new systems.
- Ability to balance empathy and professionalism in high-stress emotional moments.
