Responsibilities
- Drive advanced commercial analytics, working closely with senior stakeholders across revenue operations, customer success, and wider business teams.
- Lead complex analytical initiatives to better understand customer behaviour and identify opportunities.
- Shape analytical standards and develop scalable data models.
- Ensure insights are delivered through reliable, well-governed data foundations.
- Lead complex projects, solve ambiguous business challenges, and influence the technical direction of commercial analytics.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex analytical initiatives from initial problem definition through to delivery.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to translate analytical findings into meaningful business recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Skills
- Expert SQL skills
- Strong hands-on Python experience
- Advanced dbt experience
- Strong experience with modern cloud data platforms (ideally GCP and BigQuery)
- Experience with Looker
- Deep understanding of commercial analytics
