About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively, build strong relationships, value different perspectives, and help those around you succeed within the Flutter International team.

Responsibilities

Own the Flutter International LinkedIn strategy, developing it as a platform for divisional storytelling, executive visibility, and strategic business narratives.
Create and distribute content for external comms campaigns that supports business priorities and reputation.
Support Talent and Talent Acquisition teams with activity for ELP, Edge, and Talent Magnets, careers site content, candidate comms, EVP activation, and hiring priorities.
Manage relationships with LinkedIn and other partners, and develop strategic opportunities such as university links, employer awards, conferences, panels, and careers fairs.
Act as the key link between the Flutter International comms team, corporate comms, regional internal/external comms, Talent, and Talent Acquisition to support integrated planning and continuity.

Requirements

Proven external communications experience with a strong track record of creating and delivering content and campaigns across external channels.
Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
Experience of working with, influencing, and advising senior leaders and executives.
Ability to build credibility and trust at all levels.
Experience of translating internal programmes into external stories that strengthen employer brand and reputation.
Ability to partner across comms, talent, and regional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to keep messaging consistent and joined up.
