Responsibilities

Serve customers with passion and pride, providing great natural service.
Be knowledgeable about store products and services.
Work across service, picking, and replenishment areas as required.
Apply training to work safely, effectively, and serve customers brilliantly.
Make decisions that are right for customers and meet their needs.
Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events.
Understand store performance and contribute to driving service, sales, reducing waste, and delivering profit.
Handle products with care to maintain quality.
Be yourself, live company values, make everyone feel welcome, and follow policies.
Accept deliveries into the store when required.

Requirements

Must be over 18 years old.
A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
Ability to build rapport with customers.
Ability to take initiative and make decisions that are right for customers.
Ability to work well within a team and communicate openly.
Ability to build relationships with colleagues to create team spirit.

£13.28 per hour
£14.55 per hour for stores within the M25
