About the Role
Product Management at Capital One requires reimagining the status quo, finding value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology. This role supports our Debit Customer Experiences in our Retail Bank Product Space, focusing on creating a winning debit customer experience across the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize effectively and collaborate with teams to understand business drivers and context.
- Partner closely with Design on UX and customer needs research.
- Work closely with tech teams on well-managed delivery.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 7 years of Product Management experience.
- At least 3 years in People Management Experience.
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
- Experience coming out of Fintech or Big Tech Corporations.
- 4 + years of experience in People Management.
