  • Partner with Finance, People, Operations, and Engineering leaders on company communications and priorities.
  • Utilize AI tools daily for drafting, summarizing, research, and material preparation.
  • Build repeatable AI workflows for inbox triage, meeting notes, briefing documents, and executive summaries.
  • Test new AI tools, measure time savings, and share findings with other teams.
  • Exercise sound judgment regarding accuracy and confidentiality when using AI, adhering to company data policies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the executive office, building relationships with board members, investors, customers, and partners.
  • Triage email and Slack communications to ensure executives focus on critical items.
  • Draft correspondence, updates, and internal announcements in the executives' voices.
  • Coordinate all aspects of board meetings, including scheduling, deck assembly, pre-reads, notes, and action items.
  • Support investor updates and maintain organized fundraising materials and data rooms.
  • Manage the monthly All Hands meeting from content gathering to delivery.
  • Lead small to medium projects and events, from leadership offsites to internal programs.
  • Streamline executive office processes and identify operational gaps.
  • Manage executive office budgets, expenses, and vendor invoices.
  • Use data to track progress and inform decisions, creating dashboards in tools like Google Sheets.
  • Help define standards and onboard future executive and administrative partners.
  • Coordinate executive interviews and senior candidate meetings with the Talent team.
  • Plan complex domestic and international travel, including visits to customer job sites.
