  • Support revenue and gross profit variance analysis by identifying key drivers versus prior forecast, budget, and prior periods and coordinating clear explanations with business partners.
  • Develop and maintain recurring financial models, dashboards, and analyses that improve visibility into enterprise performance.
  • Apply AI, workflow automation, and analytics tools to streamline data preparation, consolidation, validation, reporting, and forecast processes while maintaining appropriate controls.
  • Identify recurring manual activities and implement practical automation solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Coach and develop financial analysts through clear work planning, review of analyses and deliverables, actionable feedback, and on-the-job skill development.
  • Coordinate cross-functional deliverables and deadlines, communicate risks early, and follow issues through resolution.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis and recurring finance priorities as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, accounting, or a related finance discipline.
  • Demonstrated ownership of monthly financial consolidation, management reporting, and forecasting processes in a complex organization.
  • Experience contributing to the preparing of recurring financial reporting packages for executive leadership, Boards of Directors, and/or private equity sponsors.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and proven ability to analyze revenue and gross profit performance and explain variances clearly.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI and automation to advance finance processes, including practical examples of improving analysis, reporting, forecasting, or team productivity.
