About the Role
We are seeking a Data Operations Analyst to support the accuracy, quality, and accessibility of business data. In this remote role, you will work with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity, analyze operational data, and support reporting needs across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain data accuracy across multiple databases and systems.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and operational insights.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of data management processes and procedures.
- Assist with data validation, quality assurance, and data governance initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve data systems and workflows.

Requirements
- Experience in data analysis, data operations, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency with data management, reporting, and spreadsheet tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience working in the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar data-related technologies.
