About the Role
Marion Counseling Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the initial point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, appointments, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage client appointments
- Provide accurate information about services and processes
- Maintain client records with attention to confidentiality
- Resolve client concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in healthcare, counseling, or related fields
- Familiarity with HIPAA or client confidentiality standards
