About the Role
The Data Operations Specialist will manage data pipelines, ensure data accuracy and integrity, and optimize processes to support consulting teams and clients. This role is crucial for bridging technical data management with business operations.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Implement and maintain data validation protocols to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and automate tasks.
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to understand data requirements.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures, data dictionaries, and process documentation.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in data operations, data analytics, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and troubleshooting.
- Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Metabase.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
- Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
