About the Role
RecruiterGrounds is expanding its global recruiter network and seeks experienced, motivated freelance recruiters to work independently, access recruiting opportunities, and earn placement-based rewards for successful hires.
Responsibilities
- Review available hiring opportunities on the RecruiterGrounds platform.
- Source qualified candidates through professional networks, sourcing platforms, referrals, communities, and other legitimate recruiting channels.
- Screen and evaluate prospective candidates before submission.
- Submit and endorse qualified candidates for suitable opportunities.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Track candidate submissions and hiring progress through RecruiterGrounds.
- Choose the opportunities you want to work on based on your experience, network, and recruiting specialties.
- Follow RecruiterGrounds submission guidelines and professional standards.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, sourcing, staffing, HR, executive search, or a related field.
- Ability to identify, engage, and screen qualified candidates.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own recruiting activity.
- Access to professional networks, sourcing platforms, candidate communities, referrals, or other legitimate sourcing channels.
- Strong professional communication skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Comfortable with a performance-based freelance recruiting model rather than traditional salaried employment.
- Recruiters with specialized industry expertise, strong professional networks, or international recruiting experience are especially encouraged to apply.
