About the Role
Help children with autism build the skills, confidence, and independence to thrive, and see the difference you make every week. You will work one-on-one with children with autism and other special needs, guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one ABA sessions based on each child’s personalized treatment plan
- Apply proven ABA techniques with hands-on support from your BCBA
- Teach and celebrate new social, communication, and behavioral skills
- Build warm, engaging relationships that help each child become more independent
- Run assessments, collect data, and track progress
- Work with your BCBA and team to fine-tune treatment plans
- Partner with parents and caregivers so new skills carry over at home
- Keep clear, accurate session notes and data
- Keep learning through ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Available for flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
